Adelaide Strength Training training is conducted by way of individual, face to face, one-on-one coaching sessions.

There is a limit to the number of individual training programs;

  • A 6 month commitment is required, and
  • The program can be developed to cater for 2 or 3 sessions per week.

The clients individual ability is taken into consideration to develop an adequate start point from which the program will progress.  

The cost is based on the individual program that will be developed in collaboration with the client.

The program can be modified throughout its duration in consultation between the client and coach.

Payment plans will be agreed, however an initial payment in full will attract a discount when compared to payment plans.



When circumstances do not permit attendance at the gym for a face to face program there is an online coaching service available. This program offers a personalised service employing conference calls, video review and breakdown, program progress and evaluation and timely feedback.

The program follows the face to face method

  • A 6 month commitment is required, and

  • The program is developed to cater for 3 sessions per week.
